ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna address journalists in Nakuru after the end of a two-day retreat on June 28, 2019. The meeting unanimously resolved to replace Governor Josphat Nanok of Turkana with Jeremiah Lomorukai, the Member of Parliament for Loima in Turkana County. Nanok was the party’s member of the National Executive Council (NEC) National Vice Chairman.
