James Orengo, Joseph Nyagah, and Wycliffe Oparanya attended an ODM meeting at the Prime Minister’s office at Treasury in Nairobi on January 5, 2009. Mr. Orengo stated that the ODM Party was considering writing to the President regarding some clauses included in the Media Bill Act that had recently been signed into law.
