This technological shift resulted in a revenue surge from Sh520 million in FY 2021/2022 to Sh682 million in the last financial year. Beyond revenue, the automation successfully onboarded 41,000 milk farmers and 1,000 mango farmers into a digital subsidy and payment ecosystem, ensuring transparency in agricultural support. Joining him for the ceremony was Murang’a County Deputy Leader of Majority Liz Muthoni Mbugua (right), who lauded the executive-legislative cooperation that enabled the passage of the automation laws.
