Agriculture Minister Mr. William Ruto, address the press, on 6th March 2009, shortly after he flagged off some assorted seeds worth more than Sh150 million, which will be distributed to farmers in Nyanza, Western and Rift valley provinces. The seeds are produced through the Traditional Food Security programmed.
