Parliamentary aspirant Baringo south in ODM party Moses Olempaka (RIGHT) arrived at the Kabarnet law courts accompanied by senior counsel James Orengo (CENTER) and his supporters on June 21, 2017.Amos Olempaka was on the case over alleged hate speech during NASA campaign in Baringo two weeks ago. Olempaka had been summoned last Saturday to record a statement, and he was locked for five hours later released on cash bail of 14000 shillings to appear on Wednesday 21. The case surprisingly failed to kick off at the law courts after the prosecutor handling the case failed to present the case file to the court room. Council James Orengo termed the process as witch hunt and frustration against NASA aspirants.
