COTU-K Secretary General Francis Atwoli held a press conference at the COTU headquarters on the 13th of August 2017. He urged the newly re-elected president Uhuru Kenyatta to speak with leader of the opposition party NASA Raila Odinga as well as the 6 other presidential candidates and explain to them how he won the election. He emphasized that Kenyans had no issues with one another and that it was politicians who were trying to divide Kenyans.
