Central Organization of Trade Union-COTU Secretary General Mr. Francis Atwoli addresses the press during the board meeting at Tom Mboya labor college in Kisumu yesterday. Mr. Atwoli said that COTU continues to maintain that the NHIF as currently constituted requires radical restructuring, transformation and establishment of more health facilities in order for the fund to prudently manage such huge sums of money expected from workers for the new proposed scheme and that COTU (K) will remain firm to ensure those behind misappropriation of the funds are arraigned in court of law irrespective of their status in the society.03-07-2012.
