Dormitory opened: Peter Nyakiamo (center), Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees of the National Fund of the Disabled of Kenya accompanied by Prof Julia Ojiambo (lef6), a board member, are guided by John Konyango, Principal of St Vincent de Paul Special School for the Mentally Handicapped at Machine village in Likuyani District, Kakamega County during the commissioning of a dormitory build with funds from the organization on September 27, 2012. Nyakiamo encouraged parents with children with disabilities not to hide them in the houses but instead take them to such facilities where they can get special training.
