Minister for Finance Uhuru Kenyatta joined by his Assistant Minister Dr. Oburu Odinga, addresses a press conference at Treasury building on April 18, 2011, where the Minister reduced the excise tax on Kerosine by 30 percent and diesel by 20 percent.
