Former Lands Minister Amos Kimunya in a Nairobi court yesterday where he was charged with abuse of office for allegedly tranferring 25-acre land in Nyandarua County valued at Sh60 million to Midlands Limited. He allegedly committed the offence on June 30 2005 at Arthi House in Nairobi. He denied the charges and was released on a cash bail of Sh1 million. The case was fixed foe hearing on July 8, 2014.
