Former President Daniel Arap Moi receives a book titled Constitution-making from the middle civil society and Transition Politics in Kenya from the Chief Justice Willy Mutunga who paid him a courtesy call at his Kabarned Gardens offices in Nairobi today.
Chief Justice is the author of the book.
