Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria in a Nairobi Court on January 21, 2020, during the hearing of incitement to violence case against him; an offence he allegedly committed on June 26, 2015, at Gatundu Stadium, Kiambu County. He denied the charge and the court will deliver ruling on January 28, 2020.
