Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria outside a criminal court in Nairobi yesterday after the mention of a case in which he is chared with incitemnet to violence, hate speech and ethnic contempt. The prosecution has applied that his bond of Sh 2 million be cancelled pending the hearing and determination of the case. Hearing is on March 12.
