Information, Communications and Technology Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i speaks during the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization (CTO) Forum 2015 at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi on September 14, 2015. Themed “Towards a connected Commonwealth” the forum brings together policy makers, regulators and representatives from the 53 Commonwealth member countries to discuss key aspects of ICT access and use and it is being held in Kenya for the first time and will address issues of cyber security, broadband access, international connectivity and financing connectivity among other relevant topics.
