Ikolomani MP Dr. Boni Khalwale arrives at a function as the OCPD of Kakamega Joseph Omijah clears way for him in Kakamega county. Khalwale while addressing mourners at Ikonyero village in Kakamega during burial of a lecturer the late Ernest Lukale Shivutse supported the move taken by president Kibaki of making appointments of AG and Judge and said that it is as per the new constitution as Kenyans were really waiting for.The president has done a good thing because the names shall be tabled in parliament and we shall not have problem so long as we have regional balancing in the appointments.
