Justice Miller (left) has become the first non-European puisne judge appointed to the Kenya Supreme Court. Originally from Georgetown, British Guiana, Miller was called to the bar in 1952 and served in Nigeria before this appointment. During a Law Society dinner at the Oceanic Hotel in Mombasa, Society President I.T. Inamdar welcomed the appointment as the start of a new era in Kenya’s judicial history. December 23, 2025.
