Kisumu Governor elect, Prof Anyang Nyong’o addresses the press at Sovereign Hotel in Kisumu on August 11, 2017. Prof Nyong’o thanked Kisumu residents for voting for him in large number and said that he will not be referred to as his excellency during his five years in office because that title comes with a lot of wastage of taxpayer’s money. They however urged Kisumu residents to maintain peace.
