Agriculture minister William Ruto address journalist during the launch of the service charter of Agricultural finance corporation Ruto said that more than 8 million youth who for the majority of the population can now open the Micro finance account called VUNA and access loans without Title deeds and be able to benefit from Agricultural finance corporation, this was during the launch of the organizations service charter on 7 April 2009 at Development house.
