Majority Leader Aden Duale has maintained that taxes must be paid for the country to develop.
He noted that President Kenyatta pledged to return the Finance Bill to the National Assembly and was aware of concerns of the people of Kenya based on how the fuel prices will ultimately affect the standards of living.
