Mining Cabinet Secretary Najib Balala speaks on the cancellation of Dangote Cement PLC mining license during a meeting with one of the firm’s directors. The minister said that a task force has been constituted to look into the issue and to give recommendations on the way forward. The meeting took place at his office in Nairobi on August 14, 2013.
