Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria in a pensive mood at Milimani Law Courts following the proceedings in the ruling of incitement to violence case against him; an offence he allegedly committed on June 26, 2015, at Gatundu Stadium, Kiambu County. Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot allowed the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to table new evidence of 8 witness whose statements had allegedly mysteriously gone missing on January 28, 2020.
