Deputy president William Ruto address delegates during the opening of the Pastoralists Parliamentary Group (PPG) Meeting and also a retreat of Kenya Disability Parliamentary Caucus and Stakeholders within the Disability Sector at the Mombasa Continental Resort, 08-06-2013. Ruto officially opened the three-day meeting which started on Friday.
