President Uhuru Kenyatta makes his address during the Flagging-Off Vehicles for the National Tilting Programme and Issuance of Title Deeds on November 3, 2020, ceremony held at the KICC grounds. Over 10,000 title deeds were issued to various individuals from Samburu, Nakuru and Narok Counties.
