Partnership to train youths: Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management, Cabinet Secretary, Moses Kuria during a meeting with Uasin Gishu County Governor Jonathan Bii at the county’s headquarters in Eldoret town on March 20, 2024. This is concerning the planned partnership to have all Vocational Training Centers in various wards countrywide be converted into training centers for National Youth Service where the National Government will provide equipment, instructors and other assistance, while county governments are required to provide infrastructure to enable youths enroll and get skilled training before they are posted in various institutions, and also export them to countries where they are needed.
