URP presidential candidate William Ruto (left) spoke at a press conference held on the 21st of November 2012. Ruto spoke on the current security situation and called on the government to deploy the army to deal with the un-rest in Garissa and Baragoi. The URP party also welcomed Home Affairs minister Beatrice Kones, who de-camped from the ODM party. To the right is URP party member Chirau Ali Makwere.
