Water Minister Charity Kaluki Ngilu at the 21st St Paul’s University graduation in Limuru, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Leadership and Management. She was among 910 students who graduated and was also listed among 89 students who made the dean’s list for high academic achievement. Ngilu now fulfils the constitutional requirement that a presidential aspirant should be a degree holder. October 5, 2012.
