Danston Buya Mungatana before a Kibera Law Court in Nairobi on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Mr Mungatana and his Co-accused Collins Paul Waweru alia White failed to take plea following their application to be allowed to reconcile with complaint in a case where they jointly conspired with intent to defraud, obtained from Cynthia Muthoni Ksh 930,000 at Sagret hotel in Kilimani on diverse dates between 13th July and 11th August 2020. The ruling will be delivered tomorrow. They were released on cash bail of each Ksh 200,000.
