Deputy Prime Minister and minister for Finance Uhuru Kenyatta, listens to Special programmes ministers Naomi Shaban speech after signing two loans amounting 11.5 billion shillings to facilitate Restoration of farm infrastructure, rural livelihoods and the construction of Mombasa-Nairobi Power transmission line. The loans were given by the African development bank country resident representative Mrs. Domina Buzingo at the Treasury on June 5, 2009.
