Eldoret North MP William Ruto (left) sees Deputy Prime minister Uhuru Kenyatta (right) off as he departs from a meeting that awas held on the 23rd of February 2012 by the URP party, to showcase a new membership registration system. The system works via SMS and should see memberships confirmed within a minute of registering, if instructions are followed to the letter.
