Merchants gathered last Saturday morning shortly after the arrival of Lord Macpherson, chairman of Macpherson Train and Co., UK (right). He met with Mr Edward Mungai, Director of Omniafrica Trading Co. (left), and Mr Henry E. Porter, Managing Director of Macpherson Train and Co. (E.A.) Ltd. Lord Macpherson has previously visited East Africa for business and other engagements. Omniafrica Trading Co. serves as the principal agents for Kenya Crown Seals, while Macpherson Train and Co. are distributors. The companies also handle other products, including Pyrene fire-fighting equipment and Indian-made tyres, which are in fact manufactured in Scotland.
