Nairobi Governor Johnson Arthur Sakaja when he appeared before the National Assembly Committee on Administration and Internal Security chaired by Gabriel Togoyo at the County Hall Nairobi on Monday, March 3, 2025. Mr. Sakaja appeared before the committee to respond to reported dumping of garbage by the Nairobi County Government at the Stima Plaza, a premise occupied by KPLC in retaliation for disconnection of electricity at the City Hall.
