Newly appointed Fisheries Minister Amason Kingi (right) welcomes the East African Community minister Prof Helen Saambili after Mr. Kingi handed over the office to Saambili at Cooperative house in Nairobi on August 17, 2010, following the reshuffle announced on Monday. Mr. Kingi said a majority of the staff of the ministry which deals with regional issues are based in Nairobi.
