Uasin Gishu Senator Prof. Margaret Kamar, Vice Chair of the Senate Education Committee, addresses the press in Eldoret town on December 22, 2018, regarding the withholding of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results for some schools. She urged the Kenya National Examinations Council to inform parents of the affected schools, including Kapkenda Girls’ High School in Chepkorio, Elgeyo-Marakwet County, about the reasons for withholding the results due to the anxiety it was causing.
